Church Fundraisers

Everything about church fundraisers

Do you have any great fundraising ideas for my church youth group to do?

A team from the church is going on mission trip this summer it cost a lot. What are some fund-raising ideas you have that would help out the team? I think a one day event deal would work great too. Do you know of any fundraiser events that will bring in a lot of people and help us out?

Thank you for your help

On top of any event you may host, I would recommend scrip sales (gift certificates)…there are some very reputable companies out there that have a lot of experience helping groups such as yours earn money. You don’t make much on each sale, but it truly is easy especially with the holidays coming up soon. The other benefit to this is that you can get people on scrip programs which will help generate monies on an ongoing basis for future trips as well.

I recommend a company called Great Lakes Scrip. They can be checked out at www.glscrip.com…worth a look.

Candy bar sales. bake sale. car wash. go to the store talk to the manager and ask if you can put up a table outside with a sign on it have a couple people sit there and collect donations.

Try a BBQ. or a food fair type festival. Have them, or volunteers sell food from different countries.

    What about a Coffee fundraiser?
Specialty coffee and beverages are an exploding market nationwide and people are going to buy it anyway. Java Joe’s Roasting Company is an upstate New York based coffee roaster, who specializes in fundraising. Organizations will realize a profit of $2.50 or more per bag sold. The products will be customized to promote your organization (free of charge) and there are no set up fees or minimums. This fundraising program is equitable and offers your supporters a first class practical product that is perfect for every day use. Good luck! I hope I was able to help.

    p.s. My son’s preschool made $2,496 during a 2 week campaign.

Our company offers an easy way for groups to earn money at hardly any work on your end. We set up a website for your organization. Then we print flyers for you to hand out. People go online and place their order, we ship and then send you a check. We make it easy — you get 30% of the sale.
