Warm greetings fellow disciples!

We would like to keep you informed regarding the recently launched Faith Building Fundraising Campaign (FBFC) of the Quezon City Central Region. The goal of the campaign is to financially aid in the construction of the Quezon City church building. One of our projects to attain this goal is the approaching Photo Exhibit entitled Metro Manila Christian Church: 20 Years of Faith Building .

This photo exhibit will be launched this coming June 2009, just in time for the 20th anniversary of the Metro Manila Christian Church. To make this event successful, we are encouraging disciples to send in their pictures that fall under these categories: (1) Early Days, (2) Candid, and lastly (3) Group Pictures. The original file of photos may be sent via email to mmcc_20yrs@yahoo. com. Moreover, we are encouraging disciples and friends to sponsor a frame at Php 1,000 pesos each (approximately 25 USD). By accumulating 1,000 frames sponsored at Php 1,000 pesos each, we will be able to raise 1 million pesos from the photo exhibit alone and this can be enough to jumpstart the construction of our church building.

To sponsor a frame or donate any amount out of the generosity of your hearts, you may deposit money to this account number: Union Bank Manila Philippines #027100034310.

More information on the Photo Exhibit and on the Faith Building Fundraising Campaign is provided on the FBFCs official website, www..faithbuilding. co.nr. Kindly forward this to our fellow disciples.

Thank you so much for time, support, and prayers!

Sincerely with love in Christ Jesus,

The Faith Building Fundraising Campaign Committee

Is it illgeal to have a church related donation fundraiser at school?

My friend was told by the principal that she wasn’t aloud to have a cn for donations for missionarries to spread the word of God because it wasn’t school related. Yet we had a smalll band group come to our school and play religous songs. Can anyone find anything about fundraising in public schools? (I live in Louisiana) PLease and thanks)

I wouldn’t expect a public school to allow a fundraiser for a religious group. It would be inappropriate unless it is a private, religious school.
