www.eightcount.com – Eight Count is the dance ministry at GRX (Great Exchange Covenant Church). Their eight-word mission statement is “To glorify God through the art of dance.” Eight Count dances everything from hip-hop, breakdancing, modern, jazz, lyrical, body worship, and more. They have performed at churches, youth groups, universities, corporations, charities, fundraisers, and other events. “We are more than a dance troupe. We are a ministry. We are a community of believers who, through the gospel of Jesus Christ, desire to bring hope to the hopeless, life to the lifeless, and glory unto God through the art of dance.”

Our church put on a “Hot August Night Dinner Fundraiser and Talent Show” We are contemporary styled worship directors as well as youth pastors for a church in Phoenix. On this night we performed a song we wrote “Down Heaven’s Highway” commemorating our 1st year anniversary as directors for this church. It’s painful to do hillbilly music, but the shock and awe value for this night of fun was awesome!
